FORUM: Citizens must fight unjust parking ordinance
By Kurt R. Nunez - Escondido resident
After more than three hours of discussion on Sept.10, the Escondido City Council could not reach a final decision on the controversial overnight parking ordinance, a parking ban that would affect approximately 64 percent of the city's residents. I urge fellow citizens to continue voicing their opposition to City Council members about this ordinance.
