Funds will help pay for children to attend summer camp and provide programs such as Power Hour homework help, computer skills training, career exploration, art and crafts, fitness and sports and character and leadership programs such as Smart Moves and Youth of the Year.

The mission of the clubs is to enable all youth to realize their potential as productive, responsible and caring citizens by providing stimulating and challenging programs through interaction with dedicated caring people.

The clubs served more than 4,600 children last year, according to Michelle Arellano, president and CEO.
