Ken Ryan named honorary chairman for B&GCC event

Ken Ryan, district manager of Coast Waste Management, has been named honorary chairman of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Carlsbad's annual Dinner Auction, ‘It's Magic' at 5 p.m. Aug. 26 at La Costa Resort & Spa. Ryan was named district manager of Coast Waste Management in 2002 after many years of service within the organization. As a longtime resident of North County and the president-elect of the Carlsbad High-Noon Rotary, Ryan is dedicated to helping Carlsbad youth.
