Sun scored 24 points in a 57-37 victory over Hillcrest Christian in the first round of the Southern California playoffs and 17 points in a 69-66 loss to Mission Prep of San Luis Obispo in the regional semifinals.

The sophomore struck out 14 in a three-hit 6-0 win over Hilltop, allowed one hit and struck out 10 in a 5-0 win over Point Loma and pitched a one-hitter with 11 strikeouts in the Hilltop Tournament.

He fired a 1-over-par 37 in a 198-216 victory over Fallbrook at Morgan Run Country Club and a 1-over 37 in a 202-219 win over El Camino at Oceanside Municipal Golf Course.

The senior hit two home runs in a 14-0 win over Rancho Buena Vista, he was 3-for-4 with another home run in an 11-2 win over Granite Hills and helped beat St. Augustine 15-1 in the Hilltop-Lolitas Tournament.

The freshman was 2-for-3 with four RBIs in a 6-2 win over University City and 3-for-3 with two triples and three RBIs in an 11-0 win over Mount Miguel in the Cougar Classic.

The senior came on in relief to halt a rally and preserve an 8-5 win over Grossmont, she pitched a two-hit 1-0 win over Mira Mesa, a one-hitter with 11 strikeouts in a 5-0 win over El Camino and a five-hitter in a 3-2 win over Westview to gain the semifinals of the Cougar Classic.

The junior hit two doubles in a 10-2 win over Scripps Ranch and was 1-for-2 with two RBIs in a 7-3 win over San Dieguito Academy in the Pirate-Falcon Classic.

The junior guard scored 23 points in a 65-58 loss to El Toro in the first round of the Southern California Regional playoffs.

In his first baseball game, he goes 2-for-4 with two RBIs in an 11-1 win over Kearny in the Christian Patriot Tournament.
