Letters to the Sports Editor

Letters Policy

• We invite letters on topics of public interest, and make every effort to print them all.
• Writers must include full name (first, middle and last), address, e-mail address (if available) and daytime telephone number with their submission. Only the writer's name and community will be published. Unsigned letters will be discarded.
• Letters should total about 200 words or less and will be further shortened when possible in order to help make space for more letters.
• Writers are limited to one letter to the editor or Community Forum about every two weeks. The paper reserves the right to edit for taste, clarity, length and to avoid libel. Submissions will not be returned.
• Commercial complaints and endorsements ordinarily are not published.
